We offer individual or group consultations via Zoom or Facetime, or in person at our Richmond Training Centre, which is at 3 Mercury Road, Trading Estate, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4TQ.

We specialise in canine functional characters, how diet affects behaviour, and serious over-reactivity, but you can book your consultation to discuss anything you like – as long as it’s about dogs!

HOME VISIT CONSULTATIONS

Heather also offers home visit consultations within a 50-mile radius of the Scotch Corner Junction on the A1M, and the fee for these is £135 per hour + travel costs according to mileage.

You will need to complete a Behaviour Profile form ahead of your appointment, which will be emailed out to you in good time for your meeting with Heather.

All consultation fees include a follow-up email after your session with a bullet-point list on what was discussed and what you need to do next, and Information Sheet attachments to help keep you on track after your session.

TRAINING CENTRE CONSULTATIONS

All details are as above, except these consults are held at Heather’s training centre in Richmond, North Yorkshire, and there are no travel/mileage fees.
